  • This report tells you how many items from different library types were checked out or renewed during a specific time.
  • It breaks down the checkouts by the material type of item and the collection code they belong to.
  • It shows you what percentage of the total checkouts each collection/item type represents.

Key Details:

  • Counts Everything: It counts every checkout and renewal, even if the item is no longer in the system.
  • Past Information: The material type & collection code shown are what the item had when it was borrowed or renewed, not what it might have now.
  • Time Range: The report covers all checkouts and renewals that happened within your chosen dates, from the very start of the first day to the very end of the last day.
  • Renewals Included: Renewals are counted as checkouts. If a renewal happened during the date range, it’s counted, even if the item was originally checked out before those dates.
  • Percentage: This column is the displays the percentage of total items that each collection/material type combination represents
