This report displays the library’s weekly schedule and the closed days that are listed in the Polaris system. If you would like to make any adjustments to the library’s settings, please open up a CLC HelpDesk ticket.

Also, please see this Knowledge Base article for information about how to add free days in the event of a library closure.

By default, the report only shows the previous, current, and next year. There is a parameter you can use to set the report to instead show ALL closed dates in the system.

@mfields Is there a way to order the dates from earliest to latest? Since the common closed dates were added and go to 2109, we have to scroll through hundreds of pages to see the dates from this year.

I’ve tweaked the report to show only the previous, current, and next year by default and added a parameter to force the display of all closed dates that defaults to false.
