This report shows the 3M SIP TCP ports that are assigned to each branch location. If you don’t see a branch listed in this report, then SIP may not have been configured for that branch. Please open a HelpDesk ticket if you’d like SIP setup for a branch you don’t see listed. For more information on SIP settings, please see this article:
If your application performs checkouts, it should include the organization ID number in the AO (institution) field when it sends the 11 CKO SIP message.
