What this report does is looks at the table that Polaris uses to index all of the ISBNs and returns back a list of all of the ISBNs that are assigned to more than one bib. For example, in the screenshot there’s a bunch of rows for ISBN 9780000000019. That means that all of those bibs have that ISBN set as their ISBN.
