Displays the telephone notice details for the specified library and date. The report output is broken down into two parts: Failed Calls & All Calls. In PDF format, the Failed Calls section is on it’s own page. If the report is output in Excel format, each part has its own worksheet.
The failed calls shows all patrons that the system has NOT been able to call during the day. It is important to note that this information is accurate WHEN the report is run. For instance: if we are unable to contact patron A at 9am and the report is run at 9:30am, the patron will show up as a failed call on the report. If we are able to contact the patron at 10am and the report is run at 10:30am, the patron will not show up on the report anymore.
To get the most accurate version of the report, you should run the report after 8pm or the next day (and select to report on previous day’s activity).
The All Calls section (which starts on a separate page) shows all successful AND failed calls that were placed for the day selected.
