Displays unclaimed ILL requests along with unclaimed hold requests, sorted by patron name. The unclaimed status is queried in real-time, but the “status” of unclaimed Holds is only updated once a day by Polaris. All ILL items have an unclaimed date that is set to 11:59PM of their last pickup day.

Is there anyway to incorporate the “held items to transfer” to this list? It would be helpful instead of going to a different place to find them. One stop shopping.
