Patrons Meeting Collections Criteria

Displays a list of patrons meeting the criteria specified in the report parameters. Each parameter other than library can be left NULL and that value will be pulled from the library’s Polaris SA settings. This report doesn’t use the exact logic as the Polaris Collections process but should produce similar, if not identical, results.
