Patrons with Most CKOs and Requests

Displays the patrons in the selected patron codes with the most checkouts and holds. A record set id can be supplied to exclude patrons from that record set.
Libraries may find this report useful if they are considering adjusting their maximum number of allowed CKOs or Holds.
